Noti Flashcards is a service operated by Anton Mendelson (sole proprietor). By accessing or using Noti Flashcards ("Service", "we", "our", or "us") at https://noti-flashcards.com and https://app.noti-flashcards.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Noti Flashcards is a subscription-based web application that allows users to:

• Study using spaced repetition algorithms (FSRS)
• Track learning progress and statistics

3. Account Registration

To use Noti Flashcards, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Subscription and Payments

Noti Flashcards offers subscription-based access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel
• Provide accurate and complete billing information

All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT compliance on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Your subscription will renew at the current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5. Notion Integration

Our Service integrates with Notion through their official API. By using this integration, you:

• Authorize Noti Flashcards to access your selected Notion databases
• Acknowledge that we only access data you explicitly grant permission to
• Understand that Notion's terms and privacy policies also apply to your data within Notion
• Accept that changes to Notion's API may affect Service functionality

We are not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc. and are not responsible for Notion's services, availability, or any changes to their platform.

6. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of all content you create or import through the Service. By using Noti Flashcards, you grant us a limited license to process, display, and store your content solely to provide the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without permission

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
